At this time two of the three phases of the Coppersmith Way Development in Townsend will be using Singulair septic systems that take out 85% of the Nitrogen from the wastewater. The coming out of the tank is a clear oderless liquid that meets the nitrogen standards for drinking before it goes into the leach field.
